Rather than a conventional set commission rate I offer a 3 options: Platinum, Gold and Silver. Choose the detail of service that is right for you. Commission is based upon the achievement of selling your home.

Q: What happens to the commission you pay when your property sells? 

A: There are four parties involved in a sale of a property, the fee is split between them with each receiving a portion. The four parties include the listing broker, listing agent, selling broker and selling agent.

• No lockbox! I am present during all viewings and take all potential buyers and agents through the home answering any questions they may have about the property. 
• Exposure on Mission Voice, where over 750,000 people 
are reached on a monthly basis.
• High impact, well advertised open houses held weekly, complete with refreshments, relaxation music, and mandatory guest sign in for the safety of your belongings.
• Agent open house. In an effort to familiarize top agents with your home, it will be featured in a agent open house. 
• Extensive application of proven successful  advertising strategies. Including ads in 14 lower mainland papers, and bi-weekly ads in the Real Estate weekly.
• Detailed and extensive market evaluation to ensure accurate pricing for your home.
